Thanks everyone for showing up to our first trackday. I know everyone had a blast and big thanks to Scott Smallwood for showing us the ropes.

Smallwood took the buddy out for a couple shakedown runs and as luck would have it he found out how easy she is to high side. Scott is a pro and took the landing in stride, the buddy followed suit.

The series consists of a 5 races on the third Sunday of each month starting in June. There will be two classes, a bracket race for the points, and a heads up King of the Hill class for the glory. Since we are running a bracket style points series all scooters are welcome.
A refresher course on bracket racing from Wikipedia:
“Bracket racing is a form of drag racing that allows for a handicap between predicted elapsed time of the two cars over a standard distance in our case a 1/8 mile (660 ft).
Heads up racing is just that, heads up. We will ladder the drivers the best we can based upon dial in times to keep the races as fair as possible. First one to the finish line without jumping the light wins.
